Everything was centralised eg meeting with you (a real person), filling in forms that you have already reviewed, sending forms back to you, being able to directly communicate with a person, ie: not holding on line and speaking to various people etc… After hours service; email access with you, you did all the running around for us. |

Andrew takes all the hard work out of finding the right mortgage. Don’t be afraid to use Andrew instead of going direct to the providers – he’s worth his weight in gold as he make sure you get the product that is best for your circumstances. He also has the relationships that enables him to get you the best deal going, which you might not be able to access yourself.
He made the entire process simple. He not only provided us with great advice about which mortgage product was right for us, but made sure everything happened on time without a hitch, often going beyond our expectations to ensure we got the outcomes we needed, when we needed them.
He not only finds you the right mortgage, he continues to pro-actively monitor the market and review your circumstances to make sure that you continue to get the best deal available. Andrew was highly professional and always responsive. Between Andrew and our conveyancer (who came on his recommendation), we felt like we had a first class team supporting us all the way.
